The reputed firm is engaged in manufacturing the Seamless and Welded Stainless Steel as well as Carbon Steel Tubes and Pipes, outfitting the requirements of many large and medium scales industries from all over the globe qualitatively. It has dedicated workforce of over 275 employees including highly qualified & experienced Technocrats, Engineers, Supervisors and Workers and has “State of the Art” manufacturing facilities capable of meeting any stringent parameters and in-house modern testing equipments to ensure supply of top quality Seamless & Welded – Stainless, Duplex & Nickel Alloy Tubes, Pipes, U-Tubes and Coil formed Tubes.

From the very inception, KRYSTAL Steel has achieved a considerable growth and expansion through development in technology, product innovation and committed customer service. It has achieved a turnaround in its profitability as well as reached out to a larger number of Enterprises for providing its services. We believe that “If we keep our customer happy, they will keep us in business” hence, I have always urged upon all the employees to enhance the business operations and viability & also improve the quality of service to our customers. You will agree that good customer service always brings a greater satisfaction while profitability is necessary to keep our operations continuing. I am happy that there is a marked improvement on this front too but, a lot more needs to be done to earn the trust and confidence of a larger number of beneficiaries of our services in the line of our prime motto of “Quality First……Customer Always” in this ever growing competitive scenario.

HSE Policy

KRYSTAL Steel Manufacturing (Pvt) Limited has a Health, Safety and Environment Policy to ensure that all the work processes are carried out in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, rules and regulations and to protect employees, equipment, property, third parties and the environment from injury, loss and damage.

In the implementation of the policy, all the employees have a contribution to make and summarize as follows:
The Management

Provision of a safe working environment for all employees.
Arrange appropriate training for employees.
Notify employees of the hazards associated with the work processes and/or update them regularly.
Provision of appropriate personal proactive equipment.
Discipline those employees who violate safety instructions, safety procedures.
Ensure that all accidents are reported and that the causes are eliminated.
The Employees

Report all accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to their immediate supervisors or to the management as well.
Use the correct tools and equipments for the job in the right way.
Take all the proactive measures and precautions to protect themselves and their fellow employees.
Understands and follow safety instructions given by their safety engineer, supervisors, foremen as well as safety officers/engineers.
Summary

By working together, the management and the employees will succeed in maintaining the HSE Policy/Programme conforming to the highest standards, for the safety and benefits of all concerned.
